Action Fire Store offers custom screen printing and embroidery. A minimum order of 24 garments is required for all custom design orders. For the customer, the process is quite simple and in most cases can be done over the internet.

Screenprinting on Uniforms, Clothing and Gear

All custom artwork is billed at $30.00 per hour. If you have art or your logo, it can be scanned into your computer and emailed to us. If this method is not available, you may send it standard US mail. Faxing may be used but is not suitable for art with more than one color.

When the artwork is received, we will calculate the time involved to ready it for screens and email or call the quote to you. Upon approval, we will design your logo and send it to you for signed approval. This must all be completed prior to printing garments.

It is recommended that you call if there are any questions. It is our goal to make this as simple as possible for our customers and will spend as much time as necessary to walk you through it.

There is no charge for screenprinting art quotes.

Embroidery on Uniforms, Clothing and Gear

All embroidery work is billed by stitch count in the logo design. Prior to embroidering on a garment, the logo must be designed and put on a computer disc to be used in the embroidery machines. This is called digitizing or tape charge. After receiving your design, we can calculate what the stitch count is and give you a firm quote for your embroidery job.

Once digitized, a proof will be furnished for your signed approval.

There is no charge for embroidery quotes.

As a general rule, embroidery is slightly more costly than screenprinting. It is all a matter of the customer preference.
