Return Policy

ALL authorized returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. A return authorization (RA) number will be issued for all returns regardless of the reason. This aids in the tracking of the item and will enable us to serve your return needs more efficiently. Please contact us for your RA number and shipping instructions. Most returns will be shipped directly to us for restocking. In some cases however, we may request that you ship back to the manufacture. An RA number must be written on the outside of all returned packages. Returned items will not be accepted without this number clearly visible.

No returns will be authorized for custom ordered, custom printed, embroidered garments, or any garments altered at the request of the customer. This includes hemming. Garments that have been worn, washed or otherwise altered from their new condition are not returnable. Returns must be in the original packaging or equivalent and all original tags must still be attached.

We will refund or exchange any item for any reason. Exceptions to this are any items that are deemed by the manufacture to not be returnable. There is a restocking fee of 20% for all returned or exchanged items. We will gladly refund the item price or credit your credit card account. The refund amount does not include any shipping and handling charges for your order.

Should a return or exchange be needed, we will expedite your transaction and satisfy your request to the best of our ability. Know that we will do everything possible to treat you the way we would want to be treated, with respect and honesty.

Order Cancellation Policy

Most orders placed with us are processed the same day they are received. Because of this, orders already processed in our warehouse may not be cancelled. If the order has not been processed or filled, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

All custom orders such as screen printing, embroidered or altered garments may not be cancelled once your order has been placed.
